Jessica DeHart is an Atlanta-based writer.

Jessica DeHart earned her MFA at NYU’s Workshop in Paris, studied Writing Fiction at the American University of Paris, completed Sotheby’s Art Writing program, as well as the London School of Journalism’s Short Stories and Travel Writing courses. She was selected as a Stony Brook University Lit Fellow and awarded a Martha’s Vineyard Institute of Creative Writing fellowship. Today, she is a contributor to The Buckhead Paper and an in-house writer for Atlanta Ballet. She reads submissions for the Washington Square Review, judges the American Library in Paris’s YAFF writers contest, and Writers Read selected her personal essay to be read at Carnegie Hall’s Spring Festival 2024. She is currently working on her first novel and a short story collection.
